Questions schools ask before switching

Does every school get its own database?

Yes. Signing up provisions a completely separate database for your school -- your records are never queried alongside another school's.

Can we use our own domain instead of a subdomain?

Your school gets a subdomain immediately at sign-up. You can add your own domain afterward from the admin panel -- both keep working once it's verified.

Is there one app for students, parents, and teachers?

One app for all three roles. Everyone signs in with their own account, and the app talks to your school's own subdomain automatically.

What happens after the trial?

You choose a plan and are billed going forward -- by card, or manually by bank transfer or cheque if that is how your school prefers to pay. Nothing is deleted if you need more time to decide.

Can we move between plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any point. Your data, modules already in use, and history stay exactly as they were.
