These terms govern your school's use of SchoolAxiom. By creating an account, you agree to them.
By signing up for or using SchoolAxiom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
SchoolAxiom is a cloud-based school and university management platform covering admissions, fees, accounting, examinations, attendance, HR/payroll, and communication, with each institution provisioned its own separate database.
New schools receive a free trial period as shown on the plan chosen at sign-up. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use SchoolAxiom only for lawful purposes related to running your institution, and not in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service or another tenant's use of it.
After your trial ends, continued use requires an active subscription on one of our published plans, billed by card or by manual bank transfer/cheque as agreed. Fees are due per the billing interval of your chosen plan.
You own the data you enter into your school's account. We do not access it except as needed to operate, secure, or support the platform, or as you request. On request, we can export or permanently delete your school's data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchoolAxiom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, access to the service is discontinued; data export requests should be made before termination completes.
